Calling all History Seekers! It’s time for the Tehama County Museums’ annual History Keepers & Seekers Rendezvous – a gathering of people interested in the many historical aspects of Tehama, Shasta, Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Lassen, Plumas and Siskiyou Counties. Museums, historical societies, and genealogical groups offer their wisdom; old-fashioned trucks, tractors, and one-lung hit-or-miss engines display vintage technology; history authors examine previous eras; fiber artists demonstrate carding, spinning, weaving and perhaps even tatting - these groups are brought together inviting visitors to delve into bygone times. If you are fascinated by the collecting and interpreting of artifacts, learning about the past or if you’d just like to interact with other history buffs, this event is for you.
